By signing up to the membership, participating in content and practices on or associated with Pick Me Up and its social media pages I recognise its not suitable for anyone under 16 years old. 

By subscribing, engaging and practicing I confirm that I am 16 years or older. I agree all exercise, yoga and movement can come with risks. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, pain or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in or mimicking Pick Me Up Classes.

I recognise that the activities led by Lucy B and endorsed by Pick Me Up may suggest, instruct or encourage physical and mental participation and it is my responsibility to consult with a GP, doctor or health care professional prior to and regarding participation of activities on Pick Me Up should I deem it necessary to clarify any known or unknown health conditions. 

Information, teaching + ideas provided by Lucy B or Pick Me Up is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Lucy B is not a healthcare professional or therapist. In joining the Pick Me Up membership, I recognise my physical limitations and I am aware I may need to stop or modify my participation before I become injured, experience pain or aggravate a pre-existing injury or health concern, become triggered or emotionally distressed. If I experience pain or distress I will stop immediately. 

Lucy B/Pick Me Up reserve the right to make changes to the website, membership, design or content including running promotions that were unavailable to me when joining. All intellectual property + resources provided here belong to Lucy B and I will not share, download or distribute them with any third parties.

I may cancel my membership at any time in accordance to SquareSpace terms, my membership must be canceled prior to my renewal date in order to avoid additional membership charges. This administration is my undertaking, and is my responsibility to manage my membership with Pick Me Up via squarespace. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its implications and will make every attempt to keep myself safe. I voluntarily and knowingly agree to the terms and conditions stated by using any of the resources and information (free or otherwise). I agree to these terms and conditions.
